Day1: Kathmandu to Syabru Besi 137KM(7 hrs)
Highlights: Arrival & Pick-up and Acclimatization
Schedule today: Our driver will pick you up in your hotel 9:00-9:30 a.m, we drive to Syabru Besi, the village near border. Driving across the LuangTang National Park and lodge in village guest house in Syabrubesi(1700m), the road between Kathmandu and Syabru is seriously frightening, it is not necessarily as dangerous as it seems. That’s largely because the drivers know both their vhecles and this road extremely well.

Day2: Syabru Besi to Kyirong County 90KM( 4hrs)
Highlights: Mt. Shishapangma & one more day's acclimatization
Schedule today: Drive 15 km to the China-Nepal border, In China side, you can meet our Guide who hold the group name to welcome you, which will be around 11:00a.m in Chinese time. Drive 1 hours to Kyirong (2800m) town, then drive another 70km to Jirong county to rest there. You can have free walking on your own if you like to relax and acclimatize.

Day3: Kyirong County to Everest Base 340KM (8hrs)
Highlights: Rongbuk Monastery, EBC
Schedule today: In the morning, drive to Mt. Everest Nature Reserve, the driving distance is long today, if weather permits, on the top of the Gyalpo-la pass you can see the beautiful peaks of 4 highest mountains over 8000 meters (Mt. Everest; Mt. Makalu; Mt. Lotse; Mt. Cho Oyu) in the world at the same time, what a great picture. Before arriving at the EBC, you will first visit the highest monastery in the world -Rongbuk Monastery, which is also a good position to watch the Everest, the sunset view is fantastic when weather is good.

Day 4: Everest Base to Shigaste 350KM(8-9hrs)
Highlights: Everest sunrise view
Schedule today: You can wake up early to see the sunrise view over the Everest if you like; after breakfast, we will drive towards Shigatse, the second largest city in Tibet, enjoy the fabulous snowy mountains ridge views on the way to Shigaste.

Day 5: Shigaste to Lhasa 360KM(8-9hrs)
Highlights: Tashilumpo Monastery, Karola Glacier, Yamdrok Lake
Schedule today: In the morning you will visit the Tashilumpo Monastery which is the seat of Panchen Lama, the equally important religious figure in Tibet as the Dalai Lama. The monastery was built by the first Dalai Lama in 1447, and inside the Monastery placed the highest statue of Buddha in Tibet which is 26.8 meters high.
Afterwards, drive to Yamdrok Lake, according to local mythology, Yamdrok Lake is the transformation of a goddess, on the Gangbala Pass, you will have a clear picture of this Tibetan holy lake in turquoise, and in distance you can also see the snowcapped Summit of Ninjingkangsang. On the way, we will stop to visit the Karola Glacier too. End in Lhasa today.

Day 6: Lhasa city tour
Highlights: Potala Palace, Johkang Temple, Backhor Street
Schedule today: In the morning, visit the symbol or landmark of Lhasa-Potala Palace, the successive Dalai Lama's winter residence. In the afternoon, visit the center of Tibetan Buddhism-Jorhkang Temple, where you will come across lots of devoted pilgrimages coming from every corner of Tibet. Both sites are under the list of the world cultural heritages by the UNISCO. Afterwards, free time for you to wander through the Backhor Street, the busiest street in old Lhasa quarter. One welcome dinner will be given for free today; you will have a chance to taste the most genuine local Tibetan food and drinks.

Day 7: Lhasa city tour
Highlights: Drepung Monastery, Sera Monastery
Schedule today: In the morning, we will visit Drepung Monastery which is the biggest Tibetan Buddhism College with the biggest number of monks in Tibet. The monastery used to be the winter residence of the Dalai Lama before the 5th Dalai Lama moved his residency to the Potala Palace. And in the afternoon, we will visit another influential Gelugpa Monastery-Sera Monastery, where the largest scale of scripture debating among monks is famous all across Tibet.
