Hi, I plan to arrive in Lhasa on the 9th of March in 2020 by train and would like to do a 4 day tour. Unfortunately there are no tours scheduled between January and April, will there be tours added or are there not any planned?

Kind regards

Julian Franz

Hello Mr. Ju***,

Thanks very much for your inquiry. We currently have no group tour in February and March, if you would like to travel Tibet in these months, we are able to arrange a private tour for you. While there are several confirmed departure date for the group tour in January and April, if your time is flexible, you may consider joining a group tour in April. I will send detailed itinerary to your email, please check it. Warm regards.

Dear Miss Ch***,

Greetings from Nancy at Budget Tibet Tour, thanks for visiting our website and sending your inquiry. Please worry free as you will arrive in Tibet on 8th or 9th Oct and leave on 24th Oct there would be 17days, which would be quite enough for the group tour. And also if you confirm it early, we are no problem to set the group tour departure date on 8th or 9th Oct as you want. Since you will have enough time, you will not miss Everest neither Kailash trekking. Oct is quite good for Tibet tour as clear weather and less people. And you will have more chance to have the view of the summit of Everest. I will send you the tour details to your email, please check it there. Best regards.

Hello:

I hope this email finds you well. I am interested in a ONE DAY tour of Lhasa. Yes, I understand one day is very short, especially when considering the 1,000 steps for the palace!

However, I am an experienced traveler and I move quickly. I also don't have many days for my visit.

I am thinking to visit April 2020. I will be visiting China: Beijing, Shanghai, Xi'an, Zhangjiajie and Guilin. I want to add Lhasa.

1) I will be a single traveler. 2) I prefer budget accommodations. 3) I usually do NOT suffer from altitude sickness.

The tour MUST include, please: *Bakhor street, *Johkang Temple and the *Potola Palace. If it can be added, then the Sera Monastery as well.

Please advise on cost. Right now, I think I will fly to Lhasa from Xi'an on an early morning flight, and fly out the next day from Lhasa to Chongqing.

Thank you.

Sincerely,
An***

user portrait Mr. Se*** from: 4 Days Lhasa Holy Landmarks Express

I would like to visit Lhasa for 4 days/3 nights between 20-23 Dec. I don't require accommodation, meals, etc. I just need a very basic tour package to be able to walk around Lhasa and visit the main temples and monasteries. Also, on the night of the 21st December, I want to see the butter lamp festival. I would be willing to pay a bit extra for the guide to take me there.

I will be coming from and returning to mainland china, where I currently live. I am looking for a very budget friendly option, as I won't be able to pay for an expensive trip at the moment because I am a student on a limited budget. Do you have any other options for me? Thanks and best regards,

Se***

Answered by Helen

Dear Mr. Se***,

Thanks very much for your inquiry. We currently have one 4 days Lhasa city group tour starts on 21st December, which is suitable for you. Joining this group tour, you’ll visit main Potala Palace, Johkang Temple, Sera Monastery, Drepung Monastery. On the night of 21st December, we can arrange a separate guide to escort with you to see the butter lamp festival. I will send detailed itinerary to your email, please check it. Warm regards.

Guten Tag

Answered by Nancy

Sehr geehrter Herr Hu***,

I'm interested in the 14 day trip from Lhasa to Nepal trip. In in January or February would be great. how much would that be? is there space?

best regards Mo***

Answered by Nancy

Dear Mo***,

Greetings from Nancy at Budget Tibet Tour, thanks for visiting our website and sending your inquiry. Sorry we do not have any group tour in Jan or Feb to Kailash as there will be heavy snow and the road will be blocked, and also the area would be closed, and no one do the business there, no hotel, no restaurants there. So from Nov to March we would not send any groups there.
If you would like to do this tour, you must plan it from April to Oct. and at present we have the group tour in next 6th May and 29th May, and we will have more available date in future. if you are interested in joining in this, please kindly let me know. Best regards.

Hello.

I am thinking about a Tibet tour in late January 2020 and I would like to know the cost of your single supplement please as I noticed the tour for the 20th January already has 4 people. If I commit to this tour, could you please confirm the Lhasa hotel name because I hope to stay an extra night before the tour starts and also the night that the tour ends. I will be arriving and leaving Lhasa by train (from/to Beijing).

Many thanks for any information you can provide.

Mi***

Answered by Helen

Dear Mr. Mi***,

Thanks very much for your inquiry, and welcome you to join our 8 days Tibet Mt. Everest group tour on 20th January. If you arrive in Lhasa one day earlier and leave Lhasa one day later, you’ll miss our free pick up and drop off, we have to arrange separate guide and driver to pick you up or drop off at Lhasa train station, there is extra fee for the guide and driver. In Lhasa, we usually arrange Snow Heaven International Hotel, you can book hotels for extra nights on your own, or we can also help you arrange that. I will send detailed itinerary and quotation to your email, please check it. Best regards.
