Tibet Tour in Spring -- Nyingchi
Tibet, a sacred and beautiful place, is mostly visited by tourists in summer, especially in July and August. The two months are the peak season because of the stunning summer scenery. However, there are disadvantages. Firstly, the ultraviolet rays are very strong in summer. Secondly, tons of tourists are pouring into Tibet at this time, so it is relatively difficult and expensive to have meals and accommodation. Moreover, in July and August, Tibet begins its rainy season, and many famous snow mountains like Mount Everest are hidden behind the clouds, hard to see their true colors.
Therefore, you are also suggested to travel to Tibet in other seasons instead of the high season. Spring is the start of the tourist season, and is one of the best time to visit Tibet. As the cold winter finally passes, the weather in Tibet starts to warm up. Everything comes to life, snows melt, flowing into rivers and lakes, trees sprout, and flowers bloom.
